How to inquire about personal loan details

If personal loans are handled through China Merchants Bank, you can inquire about the loans already issued through self-service channels, including: repayment date, repayment method, remaining arrears, number of remaining installments, credit line, start and end date of credit line, loan status, etc. If you can't find a loan through the following channels, it means that you don't have a loan in our bank ~

1. Mobile banking: repayment date, repayment amount, start date/expiration date of the line, number of remaining periods, etc. Please check [all my loan records]. After entering the page, click on the loan, and you can query the repayment method, interest rate, loan status and other information.

Tips:

① If it is a provident fund loan, you need to contact the local loan handling bank or provident fund management center.

② If you can't find it through this interface, you can contact online customer service to try to understand the reason.

2. Professional version key: you can log in to the professional version and click Card-Loan Management-Personal Loan Inquiry to inquire about loan information.

Tips: At present, the Professional Edition doesn't support Mac system, so Apple computer can't log in to the Professional Edition.

3. CMB App: If your CMB loan has been issued, please log in to CMB APP, click Loan Management-Loan Record, and click the applied loan to inquire about the loan details.
