According to the Announcement of Organization Department of Sichuan Provincial Party Committee on the Employment of Civil Servants in the Public Examination of Judicial Administration System in Sichuan Province in the Second Half of 2002/KLOC-0, "The candidates for medical examination are determined in equal amount according to the order of the total examination scores from high to low. If the total score of the exam is the same, the ranking will be determined by the written test results; If the written test results are still the same, the ranking will be determined by the administrative professional ability test results. For positions where the number of people actually participating in the interview has not reached 3 times of the employment quota, the total score of those who have entered the medical examination shall not be lower than the minimum total score of those who have entered the medical examination in this open recruitment (excluding those who take the make-up exam). Second, the physical examination items and standards

The items and standards of physical examination are announced in this physical examination according to the Notice on Revising the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial) and the Manual for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial) (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Fa [2065 438] 140) and the Notice on Further Improving the Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Fa [2065 438+040).

Third, the physical examination time

Fourth, physical examination requirements

(a) to participate in the medical examination personnel do not eat breakfast, must wear a mask and bring the written test admission ticket, the original of my valid ID card, interview notice, proof of negative report of nucleic acid test within 48 hours on the day of medical examination, and medical examination expenses (about 550 yuan per person in cash).

(2) Please gather in the conference room on the first floor of Neijiang Human Resources and Social Security Bureau (No.57/KLOC-0, Newspaper Road, Xianglongshan, Shizhong District, Neijiang City) before 7: 30 am on the day of physical examination.

(3) Those who fail to take part in the medical examination within the time limit shall be deemed to have given up automatically at their own risk.

(4) Candidates who need to implement home or centralized isolation control measures due to the epidemic need to provide relevant certification materials such as personal application and home or centralized isolation issued by street communities, which will be arranged separately after research by the Municipal Bureau of Justice.

Five, epidemic prevention and control requirements

(a) one of the following circumstances, shall not participate in the physical examination:

1. Candidates whose health code is "red team" or "yellow code";

2./kloc-candidates with abnormal body temperature (≥37.3℃) or dry cough, fatigue, sore throat, decreased sense of smell (taste) and diarrhea for 0/4 days cannot rule out infectious diseases;

3. Candidates who have lived abroad or in Hong Kong and Taiwan within 28 days before the physical examination and have not completed health management such as isolation medical observation;

4. Candidates who are close contacts or close contacts of confirmed cases, suspected cases and asymptomatic infected persons in COVID-19 and have not completed health management such as isolated medical observation;

5. Candidates who have lived in high-risk areas and counties (cities, districts and banners) within 0/4 days before the physical examination (the municipality directly under the Central Government is a street) and are living at home or concentrated in isolation;

6. Candidates who fail to provide the corresponding negative report certificate of nucleic acid detection and other relevant certificates as required on the day of physical examination;

7. Candidates who have a history of contact with medical observers at home 14 days before physical examination;

8. Candidates who need to implement home or centralized isolation control measures in other circumstances.

(2) nucleic acid detection

According to the principle of "classified implementation, thorough inspection and safety", candidates who take part in this physical examination should provide nucleic acid test reports at the time of concentration (only those with negative results can take part in this physical examination).

1. All candidates are required to have a physical examination within 48 hours before the exam. The effective start time of the negative report of nucleic acid detection is based on the time when the nucleic acid report is displayed; For nucleic acid reports showing both sampling time and detection time, the sampling time shall prevail; If the specific time is not displayed in the nucleic acid test report, the effective time should be calculated at 0: 00 on the day when the report is displayed. Certificate of negative report of nucleic acid detection issued by qualified testing service organization (both paper version and electronic version are acceptable, the same below).

2. 14 days, candidates who have lived in other counties (cities, districts and banners) in the city where the middle and high-risk area is located (the municipality directly under the central government is the area where the middle and high-risk area is located), and candidates who have come (returned) to the county (city, district and banner) where the middle and high-risk area is located and announced the newly confirmed cases or asymptomatic infected people in the local area, but have not been delineated, must undergo physical examination twice within 3 days.

3. Candidates who are judged as close contacts or sub-close contacts can take part in the physical examination only after centralized isolation medical observation and home health monitoring, and provide negative proof of COVID-19 nucleic acid test within 48 hours on the day of physical examination.

In order to avoid affecting the physical examination, candidates from overseas or Hong Kong and Taiwan should enter the country at least 28 days before reporting for duty, and after receiving corresponding isolation observation, health management and nucleic acid detection in accordance with the relevant provisions on epidemic prevention and control, they should be implemented in accordance with the above three situations.

In view of the recent multi-point distribution of domestic epidemics, the relevant regulations on epidemic prevention and control will be dynamically adjusted according to the overall deployment and latest requirements of the country, Sichuan Province and Neijiang City (specifically pay attention to WeChat official account: Neijiang CDC).

According to the requirements of epidemic prevention and control in COVID-19, the physical examination schedule may be adjusted according to the epidemic situation, and the adjustment and related epidemic prevention and control requirements will be published on Neijiang Personnel Examination Network (www.njpta.org.cn).
