Why is it difficult for college students to find jobs?

Today, our higher education usually pays too much attention to theory and basic knowledge, but not enough attention to practical skills. We often find that a student who has studied in a college or university for four years has no practical ability. It is certainly difficult for such students to find a job. On the other hand, with the rapid increase in the number of students, the teaching conditions of almost every university, including the quantity and quality of teachers and teaching facilities, have not been developed accordingly, so they cannot meet the needs of students. In this case, the teaching quality is definitely poor. Therefore, many college students usually have no competition in the job market.

Third, students nowadays always pursue their own material interests. They always hope to have a good job in a good company or government department and a good salary in a good city. This has also led to fierce competition in the job market in big cities. But in the vast rural areas and small cities, there are many vacant positions that students don't want to accept. This is a social problem as well as an educational problem. On the one hand, money and comfort have become the only pursuit of everyone, and the whole social atmosphere has greatly influenced students. On the other hand, education has not played an effective guiding role. Today, in every school, politics and philosophy are always the least important courses, except the department of politics and philosophy. Therefore, most students have no lofty world outlook.
