The Significance and Purpose of Upgrading the Delisting Industry in Bengbu City

Significance: Delisting from the market and entering the park is an important strategic arrangement for the municipal party committee and municipal government to promote the industrial transformation and upgrading of the whole city. Goal: By delisting and entering the park, Yuhui District will be transformed from an old industrial zone with heavy industry into a new green ecological zone with "sky blue, green land, clear water and refreshing air", showing a brand-new look of economic prosperity, perfect functions and ecological livability.

According to the inquiry of 20 15 and 10, the provincial government approved the Implementation Plan for the Relocation and Transformation of Bengbu Old Industrial Zone (20 13—2022). According to this plan, the administrative area of Yuhui District starts from Chaoyang Road in the east, reaches Heihushan Road in the west, reaches Huaihe River in the north and Yanshan Road in the south, and is included in the scope of relocation and transformation. Key biochemical enterprises such as COFCO Biochemical, Fengyuan Group, Bayi Chemical, Tianrun Chemical and Jiaxian Co., Ltd. were all listed in the delisting scope.

Yuhui District Party Committee and District Government attached great importance to delisting and entering the park, set up a leading group, formulated an implementation plan and annual work plan, and held several special meetings to promote the delisting and entering the park.
