Introduction to Ningshi Middle School

The predecessor of Ningshi Middle School was the high school section of Ningdu County No. 2 Middle School, which was founded in 1978. In September 2005, the high school department of Ningdu County No. 2 Middle School moved to Ningdu County No. 3 Middle School and began to recruit new students in the same year. In August 2006, it was upgraded to a first-level public institution directly under the county. In the first half of 2009, Ningdu No. 3 Middle School was evaluated as a "Provincial Key Construction Middle School" by the Provincial Department of Education. In 2011, based on the county’s concept of building a new education pattern of “two emphasis and one universal education”, it was decided to merge the high school section of Ningdu County No. 3 Middle School and the high school section of Ningdu No. 5 Middle School into one senior high school. Because the school is located at the former Ningdu Normal School of Jiangxi Province (Jiangxi Education College Gannan Branch), it is named Ningshi Middle School 1.
