Guide for enterprises participating in Kaifeng talent market

(1) Go through the required recruitment procedures: At the job fair every Saturday, the participating units should go to the talent market with the original and photocopy of their business license, the letter of introduction from the unit and the ID card of the agent to fill in the Recruitment Unit Registration Form and conduct on-site recruitment.

(2) Providing services:

1. Recruitment display board and poster, job seeker registration form, gel pen, drinking water and two lunches for recruiters.

2. After the job fair on Saturday, Kaifeng Personnel Network will be open to the participants for one week. The recruitment information of the participating units shall be kept in the recruitment hall for one week; The talent market provides a one-week artificial talent search.

(3) Online recruitment: After the successful registration of the recruitment unit of Kaifeng Personnel Network, the personnel in the talent market will be opened for the recruitment unit, and the participating units can post recruitment information online and consult the relevant talent pool after logging in.

(4) Charging standard: RMB 0/00 per performance. 10 card 800 yuan. Half-year membership 1500 yuan. Annual membership is 2200 yuan.

(5) Notes for participants:

1. All participating units must provide true and effective procedures and recruitment information, and be responsible for its authenticity. Once false procedures or recruitment information are found, they will not be allowed to enter the job fair site.

2. Before the participating units enter the recruitment venue, please go to the service desk to get the work package. Work package deposit 10 yuan, including job applicant registration form, feedback form of recruitment unit, gel pen and work permit. Employees of the employing unit must wear work permits and return them to the talent market together with the completed Feedback Form of Recruiting Unit at the end of the job fair, before the deposit can be refunded.

3. If the participating units have reserved the booth, they must go to the venue at 9: 00 on the day of the job fair, otherwise the booth will be handled by the talent market.

4. An employer with a free booth should go to the talent market three days before the job fair to confirm the booth and go through the formalities, otherwise it will be regarded as giving up.

5. No one is allowed to move desks and chairs or paste recruitment information at the job fair.

6. No one is allowed to bring out or damage the public goods on the job fair site without permission. Once found, they will be compensated according to the original price.

7. If the participating units find that non-job seekers are harassing normal recruitment, such as selling advertisements, they can report to the personnel in the talent market.

8. In case of emergency, if you stop entering the venue, you should obey the arrangement of the venue commander.
