Fuzhou Airport is about 39 kilometers away from Fuzhou city, and the drive takes about 40 minutes. In the past, this distance was a major constraint restricting the development of the airport. However, after 22 years of development, Fuzhou Airport Airport Bus has reached major stations and commercial centers in Fuzhou City, and has extended to all parts of the province.

At present, there are 15 Airport Express bus stations in Fuzhou city, and 12 airport express lines extend to surrounding cities.
