20 17 17 The 4th Seminar on the Construction of Practice Base for Master of Education in Tangshan Normal University and the Seminar on Classical Chinese Teaching Based on Core Literacy were held in Tangshan Kailuan No.1 Middle School. The background and ideas of this seminar are based on the Opinions of the Ministry of Education on Strengthening Case Teaching to Build a Joint Training Base for Professional Degree Postgraduates and the Guiding Opinions of the Hebei Provincial Department of Education on Further Strengthening and Improving the Management of Postgraduate Tutors. In order to better accomplish the task of building the practice base of the Master of Subject Teaching (Chinese) Education and promote the professional development of teachers in the base schools, we will jointly train the Master of Subject Teaching (Chinese) Education at the level of 20 17 for our school and Changchun Normal University.

The seminar consists of two parts. The first is the observation of heterogeneous teaching of Ji Xiang Xuanzhi. The lecturers are Chinese super teachers, famous teachers in Hebei Province, backbone teachers in Hebei Province, Kailuan No.1 Middle School, Chinese super teachers, experts from the "National Training Program" of the Ministry of Education, distinguished researchers from Peking University Institute of Chinese Education, professors from Shanghai Huangpu Institute of Education, and doctors in education. Secondly, Professor Deng Tong gave an academic report, commented on the classroom structure of classical Chinese reading teaching based on core literacy and answered questions. Starting from the top-level design of core literacy education, Professor Deng Tong focused on the analysis of students' Chinese core literacy, based on the teaching of classical Chinese reading, and combined with rich practical cases, elaborated from the perspectives of "strategic layout", "content selection" and "activity design", so that the participants deeply felt the important value of organic integration of theory and practice. From the above three angles, Mr. Deng Tong commented on the observation class of two teachers in the morning and answered the questions raised by the teachers.

Zhang Lijun, President of Kailuan No.1 Middle School, Zhang Jianmin, Director of Teaching and Research Department of Tangshan No.2 Middle School, Hu Xiaohuan, Vice President of Tangshan Experimental School, and Gao Bojun, Vice President of Luannan No.1 Middle School, led the teachers who participated in the base construction, Dr. Gao Guangxin, Director of Chinese Department of our school, Associate Professor Li Xiaoping and Professor Wang, who are in charge of subject teaching (Chinese), and related teachers from Chinese Department and Education College who participated in the course construction and base construction of subject teaching (Chinese). In his speech, President Zhang Lijun of Kailuan No.1 Middle School pointed out that the activity was "full of dry goods" and "many highlights", and hoped that Tangshan Normal University and the base school would jointly hold more and better activities to promote the rapid professional growth of teachers in the base school. Professor Wang put forward relevant suggestions and requirements for the construction of the practice base of the master of subject teaching (Chinese) education and the professional development of practice instructors, and put forward suggestions for the work arrangement of the base construction in the future.
