Although the adjustment of industrial structure has improved in recent years, this criticism can never be solved in a short time. (ZF really doesn't pay attention to this)

Xi 'an's construction market is booming. This is what I think has the greatest impact on Xi 'an's environment in recent years. The whole construction industry in China does not pay attention to environmental protection, and every construction site is full of dust and garbage. (I used to be a site supervisor with my relatives) There is no concept of environmental protection in the minds of managers, let alone workers with lower cultural quality. How to finish the project quickly and economically, getting money is king. Every construction site is a small desert, so estimate the impact of thousands of small deserts in Xi 'an's current large-scale construction environment. Plus getting a lot of crazy tractors every night, hehe, brain tonic.

4.Xi 'an's history. Historically, after the Tang Dynasty, it seems to have been plagued by sandstorms. Coupled with the environmental deterioration in northern Shaanxi and other reasons, it still has an impact on xi' an.

5. Government inaction. This may be a bit much, but it's really nobody's business! ! ! Or all these problems, the government can at least adjust and supervise, or at least get better! ! ! And the result? The slogan shouted louder than anyone else, but no one actually did it. Big mouth! Maybe, maybe, maybe, when I went abroad for a few years, the government suddenly woke up. In the whole China, it is a gray environment. Our urine in Xi 'an will never be turbid and dirty, and it will be clear and not demon. I'm sure I will, and I've done it. People are superior to me. Our PM value is always ahead of the whole country, which makes us rich.

However, at present, more and more ordinary citizens are beginning to pay attention to environmental problems and the number of blue sky. I believe that one day in the near future, the rotten sky in our big Xi will turn into blue sky.
