The organizational structure of Shandong Administration College

The college is located at the foot of the beautiful Yanzi Mountain in Jinan City. The college covers an area of ??136,000 square meters, with a building area of ??92,000 square meters and fixed assets of 84.83 million yuan. Since its establishment, the college has firmly established the guiding ideology of serving social development and economic construction, adheres to high standards and strict requirements, faces institutions, enterprises, and society, seizes opportunities, actively forges ahead, continuously broadens the ways of running schools, and enhances the functions of running schools. Construction in this area has developed relatively rapidly. Since its establishment, the institute has trained more than 40,000 cadres and trainees of various types, including more than 2,800 civil servants of various types; and trained more than 13,000 undergraduate and junior college students. There are currently 23 teaching, management, and party affairs institutions, including 9 teaching departments (departments) and 4 teaching auxiliary institutions. There are 260 active faculty and staff, including 135 full-time teachers, accounting for 52% of the total number of faculty and staff. Among the full-time teachers, there are 14 professors and 58 associate professors; among other professional and technical personnel, 7 have senior professional titles and 22 have deputy senior professional titles. There are 20 academic education majors, including 6 undergraduate majors. In cooperation with well-known domestic universities, we have organized advanced courses for postgraduate courses in administrative management and on-the-job MBA education. There are three types of school running modes: full-time, semi-full-time and part-time. The educational levels include adult undergraduate, junior college and higher vocational education. At present, there are more than 3,900 on-campus academic education students and more than 3,600 correspondence students. The college is an advanced unit of employee education in Shandong Province and an advanced unit of adult education in the province commended by the provincial government. It was identified by the National Economic and Trade Commission as one of the first batch of senior business administration training qualification colleges in the country during the "Tenth Five-Year Plan" period.
