Ground requirements: During ordinary ground installation, the following conditions must be met in order to meet the requirements of high-quality use of the floor and ensure a suitable installation environment. Cement floor should be dust-free, the moisture content should be less than 2% (local heating system should not be higher than 1.5%), and wood floor should be 6%-10%; The ground within a radius of 2m must be flat, and the height error shall not exceed 3mm. The part exceeding the error shall be leveled with cement or quick dry powder, and the leveled ground meets the requirements. The ground should be clean and free of sundries; The cement floor should be free from cracking and deformation; In order to ensure that the back door of the floor installation can be opened freely, the distance between the door and the floor surface should not be less than the thickness of floor+floor mat +2mm.

2, the construction requirements

First, check the flatness of the ground, whether there are buried wires or geothermal systems; Check whether all doors can be opened freely after installing the floor; Determine the laying direction of the floor after consultation with the customer, and suggest laying the floor in a flat direction; When laying wooden floor, it is forbidden to cross with other interior decoration projects. It is suggested that the wooden floor be laid at last.

Material laying requirements; The bottom floor mat can protect the floor from moisture and play a buffering role between the floors. Floor mats and floor mats should be sealed with adhesive tape to prevent overlap and moisture. 2. Control the indoor temperature. Often open the window for ventilation, and use air conditioning and other cooling methods to reduce the indoor temperature. However, the air conditioner should try not to blow directly at the floor to prevent the floor from losing too much water.

3. Moderate indoor humidification The indoor and outdoor humidity is generally high in summer, but in the case of continuous sunny days, the air may become dry. 4. If the paint film of individual floors of icon solid wood floor is damaged or exposed during use, please use 400 # water sandpaper dipped in soapy water to polish it, and then wipe it clean. When it is dry, do partial complementary color. When the color is dry, brush a layer of paint, dry for 24 hours, polish with 400 # water sandpaper, and then polish with wax.
