Fourth, the exam.
The recruitment examination adopts a combination of written examination and interview. If the number of people in the recruitment position is less than 6 (inclusive), if the number of people who pass the on-site qualification examination is less than 60, they will be exempted from written examination and interviewed directly; If the number of applicants exceeds 60, a written test will be conducted first. If the number of recruitment positions is more than 7 (inclusive), and the number of people who pass the on-site qualification examination is less than 5 times the number of job vacancies, they will be exempted from written examination and interviewed directly; If the number of recruits exceeds 5 times, a written test will be conducted first. The written test scores, interview scores and total test scores are calculated with a percentage system, with two decimal places reserved and the mantissa rounded off.
Candidates who need a written test should log on to the registration website to print the written test admission ticket within the specified time according to the requirements of posting an announcement during the on-site qualification examination. The admission ticket does not need to be stamped.

1. Written test subjects and time
Written examination is a public basic knowledge subject, including laws and regulations, political and economic theory, current political policies, scientific and technological knowledge, comprehensive writing and other basic knowledge. 2. Determination of the interviewer
After the written test, the qualified line of written test scores will be determined according to the written test scores, which can be found on Laishan Human Resources Network. Interviewers are determined according to the proportion of the number of recruitment positions from high score to low score by 1:5, and those with the last written test scores will enter the interview range together. Those who fail to reach the required proportion will be determined to enter the interview scope according to the actual number of qualified people. The written test exemption personnel are qualified personnel for on-site qualification examination.

Those who enter the interview are required to pay the interview examination fee of 70 yuan (30 yuan who did not take the written test) according to the document June Lu Feihan [2008] 13. (2) Interview
The interview was conducted in the form of lectures. After the interview, the total test score will be synthesized according to the ratio of written test score and interview score of 50% respectively. Among them, the interview score of the position that directly organizes the interview is the total score of the exam.
According to the total score of the examination, the list of people entering the investigation scope is determined according to the ratio of 1: 1.5 from high score to low score. If the total score of the candidates in the same position of the recruiting unit is the same and affects the employment, the written test score is still the same, or the total score of the positions directly entering the interview is the same and affects the employment, organize experts to re-interview the personnel with the same total score, and determine the personnel who enter the investigation scope with the total score after re-interview. After the personnel entering the scope of investigation are determined, the applicants will be inspected and assessed equally from high score to low score as planned.
The inspection work is organized by the competent department of the recruiting unit. According to the standards of having both ability and political integrity and the requirements of the recruitment position, the investigation comprehensively understands the political thought, moral quality, ability and quality, study and work performance, law-abiding, honesty and self-discipline, and whether it is necessary to avoid, and re-examines the qualifications of the investigation object. The competent department of the recruiting unit is responsible for organizing qualified personnel for physical examination. Those who meet the employment conditions shall be issued a Notice of Recruiting Personnel of Public Institutions by the competent recruitment department, and the personnel to be hired shall go through the relevant transfer and dispatch procedures with the Notice of Recruiting Personnel of Public Institutions, and the recruiting unit shall sign an employment contract with the employed personnel according to regulations.
