Therefore, it can be widely used to manufacture aero-engine parts, aero-structural parts and chemical equipment. The alloy has good machinability and weldability, and can supply various plates, bars, pipes, wires, belts and forgings.

Application overview and special requirements: The alloy is used to manufacture engine casing, guide vanes, mounting edges, cylinders, fuel manifolds and other parts, and has passed the practical application assessment, with the highest service temperature of 950℃; After long-term use at 550 ~ 700℃, the alloy has certain age hardening phenomenon, which leads to the decline of alloy plasticity.

1, thermal performance:

The heating temperature for rolling is1120 ~160℃, the starting rolling temperature is not lower than 1050℃, the stopping rolling temperature is not lower than 930℃, the deformation of the semi-finished cold-rolled sheet is 25% ~ 30%, and the deformation of the finished product is not lower than 30%. The quenching temperature of intermediate products and finished products is 1 100℃ 10℃.
2, Inconel625 welding performance:
The alloy has good weldability and can be used for argon arc welding, brazing and resistance seam welding with tungsten electrode or the alloy as filler in protective atmosphere.
3, Inconel625 parts heat treatment process:
Stress relief: 900℃; Annealing: 930 ~ 1040℃,1h; ; Solution treatment: 1090 ~ 1200℃, air cooling or water cooling. When the working temperature of the alloy is not higher than 650℃, hot rolled, cold rolled or annealed materials can be used as required. When the working temperature is above 650℃, the parts with better requirements for fatigue performance and tensile strength can be annealed, and the parts with better requirements for creep and durability can be treated by solid solution.
4.Inconel625 surface treatment process: when removing the oxide scale on the alloy surface, wash it with alkali first, and then wash it with acid in nitric acid-hydrofluoric acid-water solution.
5. Cutting and grinding performance of Inconel625:
Carbide or high speed steel tools should be used. The tool used should have a positive rake angle. Water-based coolant is recommended for high-speed cutting and viscous coolant is recommended for low-speed cutting.
