1. First, put a new roll of adhesive tape on the mandrel of the automatic sealing machine, then slowly pull out the adhesive tape and bypass the outer roller, the inner roller and the lower roller in the correct direction of travel. Finally, pass the tape through the tape holder and exit from the bottom roller. During the whole process, it must be noted that the adhesive side of the adhesive tape faces outward.

2. After putting the adhesive tape in the correct way, adjust the position of the adhesive tape: if the adhesive tape is not on the center line of the box, loosen the nut on the mandrel of the automatic sealing machine, and then adjust the mandrel with a screwdriver, so that the position of the adhesive tape can be adjusted, and then tighten the nut after it is adjusted to a suitable position. |

3. After adjusting the position of the adhesive tape, continue to adjust the tension of the adhesive tape, rotate the knob of the automatic sealing machine to keep the winding speed of the adhesive tape moderate, and then change the elastic force of the long tension spring of the swing rod by adjusting the front and rear positions of the nuts and screws, so as to control the tension of the adhesive tape. Turn the knob clockwise, the tension of the tape will increase, otherwise it will decrease. Adjust the screw on the swing lever forward, and the tension of the adhesive tape will increase, otherwise it will decrease. According to this rule, the tape will be adjusted to the appropriate tightness.
