The requirements for primary school entrance in Tongzhou District in 2023 are as follows:

(1) School-age children and adolescents registered in this Municipality.

1. Primary school entrance

All school-age children in this city who have reached the age of 6 (born on or before August 30, 3 17) must participate in the information collection of school-age population and go through the registration formalities at the primary school where they actually live at the specified time and place.

Freshmen with the same household registration and housing address within the scope of school enrollment should give priority to ensuring that they attend the corresponding schools; Freshmen whose registered permanent residence and housing address are inconsistent within the school enrollment scope will be enrolled mainly by housing address; Within the scope of school enrollment, the district education commission and the township government only recruit freshmen with hukou and no housing.

According to the factors of degree supply, household registration, real estate, etc., some primary schools implement the combination of single school scribing and multi-school joint allocation. Specific measures shall be formulated by the District Education Committee.

Families who are not registered in this city, whose household registration is not in our district, have been working and living in our district for a long time, and meet the conditions of continuous single lease in our district and actual residence for more than 3 years, registration on the housing lease supervision platform, and legal and stable employment of one spouse in our district for more than 3 years. Their school-age children can receive compulsory education in our district and arrange to attend schools with spare degrees in our district. Specific measures shall be formulated by the District Education Committee.

In 2023, our district will continue to implement the policy of "one degree for six years".

2. Junior high school entrance

Primary school graduates registered in this city, according to the number of students, school distribution, school size and other factors, in accordance with the principle of proximity, take the form of allocation of admission to junior high school.

In order to alleviate the pressure of enrollment in some areas, some junior high schools implement the enrollment model of partial enrollment plan. Specific measures shall be formulated by the District Education Committee.

Primary school graduates who want to return to their registered permanent residence or attend junior high school in the area where their families actually live must go through the formalities within the specified time.

3. Enrolment rate of disabled children and adolescents

Under the same conditions, priority will be given to admission as soon as possible within the scope of service. Disabled children and adolescents should also participate in the information collection of school-age population at the specified time.

(2) School-age children and adolescents who are not registered in this Municipality.

School-age children and adolescents who are not registered in this city need to receive compulsory education in our district because their parents live in our district. Their parents, with their employment materials in Beijing, living materials in their actual place of residence in Beijing, family residence booklet, residence permit in Beijing and other related materials, enter the admission procedure at the specified time and place after being jointly examined and approved by the relevant commission office, neighborhood office of their place of residence or township government.

School-age children who study in primary schools and pass the joint examination and approval and are not registered in this city, who live within the service scope of the sub-center 155 square kilometers of primary schools, will enter the primary schools with spare degrees in our district according to the way of "multi-school joint computer allocation", and those who live within the service scope of the primary schools in the expansion area of the sub-center will be arranged to enter the primary schools with spare degrees in our district. Junior high school entrance, non-local registered primary school graduates who have been jointly examined and approved, live in the service range of primary schools within the sub-center 155 square kilometers, enter junior high schools with spare degrees in our district by means of "multi-school joint computer allocation", and live in the service range of primary schools in the expansion area of the sub-center, arrange to enter junior high schools with spare degrees in our district.
