Conditions for recruiting national civil servants

I. Employment Conditions of National Civil Servants

1, with People's Republic of China (PRC) (PRC) nationality;

2. The general age is 18 years old and under 35 years old. Recently, the master's and doctoral students (non-employed personnel) have been relaxed to under 40 years old;

3. Support the Constitution of People's Republic of China (PRC), the leadership of China and the socialist system;

4. Have good political quality and moral conduct;

5. Have the physical conditions and psychological quality to perform their duties normally;

6. Have the ability to work in line with the requirements of the post;

7. Have a college degree or above;

8. Have other qualifications required by the proposed position as stipulated by the competent department of central civil servants.

Second, the national examination can not apply for the situation

1. Servicemen, non-fresh graduates, on-the-job civil servants and staff of institutions (units) managed according to the Civil Service Law cannot apply for the exam.

2. Persons who have received criminal punishment for crimes, those who have been expelled from China's * * * Party membership, those who have been expelled from public office, those who have been listed as the targets of joint disciplinary action for dishonesty according to law, those who have been found to have serious violations of employment discipline such as fraud in the recruitment of civil servants at all levels, those who have been dismissed for less than five years, and those who are managed by reference to the Civil Service Law, and those who are not allowed to be employed as civil servants according to laws and regulations, are not allowed to apply for the exam.

3. Applicants are not allowed to apply for positions that constitute the circumstances listed in the first paragraph of Article 74 of the Civil Service Law after employment, nor are they allowed to apply for positions of employers with husband and wife, lineal blood relatives, collateral blood relatives within three generations, and close relatives as leading members.
