3. Candidates who have passed the qualification examination enter the written examination and interview procedures, and the ratio of the positions to be hired to the number of people who have passed the qualification examination cannot be lower than 1: 3 before starting the written examination. If the ratio of 1: 3 is not reached, but it is really necessary to start the examination, the examination can only be started after consulting the Department of Commerce of the autonomous region and reporting to the People's Social Welfare Department of the autonomous region for approval. According to the written test scores of candidates, the list of interviewers is determined according to the ratio of 1:3 from high score to low score. There are 7 interviewers, composed of experts from schools, foreign units and relevant departments of the Department of Commerce and the Department of Human Resources and Social Security of the autonomous region, among which the proportion of experts from foreign units is not less than one third of the total number of examiners.
Immediately after each job interview, the interview results and job rankings of the candidates for this position are announced. After all interviews, the interview results and job rankings of all candidates will be published on the website and bulletin board of Guangxi Youjiang University for Nationalities within 24 hours.

(6) Evaluation
