(3) Reporter and director of the Municipal Media Center: According to the candidates' written test scores from high to low, the interview finalists are determined according to the ratio of the number of people who plan to recruit positions to the number of people who participate in the interview (if the final written test scores are the same, they will be shortlisted for the interview). Interview method: the reporter simulated the live writing and professional knowledge question and answer, and the director edited the program and professional knowledge question and answer on the spot for 30 minutes. Total interview score 100.

④ Other positions: according to the candidates' written test scores from high to low, the interview finalists are determined according to the ratio of the number of planned recruitment positions to the number of interviewers (1:2) (if the final written test scores are the same, they will be shortlisted for interview). The interview is structured, with a duration of 10 minute and a total score of 100 minute.
