1. First of all, the age of the first-level post in the fire department should not exceed 45 years old. 2. Then pass the exam. The total assessment score is calculated as 100, in which the written test score, interview score and business practice score account for 40%, 30% and 30% of the total score respectively. The time, place and form of assessment will be notified separately.

3. Then pass the physical examination and qualification review. The shortlist is determined according to the total score from high to low, and the medical expenses are self-care.

4. Finally, the staff will notify the third-party labor dispatch agency to sign the labor contract and implement the probation system. The probation period is 60 days, which is included in the employment contract period, and the probation salary is implemented according to the relevant standards of the unit.
