Site equipment: There are several linear runways with the length of 1 0m, and a line is drawn 30cm away from both ends of the runways (S 1 and S2) (Figure1). Test method: Subjects are divided into groups with no less than 2 people in each group, starting with a standing start. Start running when you hear the password or whistle. When the subjects reach the finish line, the watch stops, and the finish recorder is responsible for recording everyone's scores, which are recorded in minutes and seconds, regardless of decimals.

Third, jump and touch the height

Site requirements: The test is usually conducted in an indoor site. If outdoor field test is selected, it should be carried out when weather conditions permit. The average temperature of the day should be between15 and 35 degrees Celsius, with no direct sunlight and no wind exceeding level 3.

Test method: When preparing for the test, the subjects' feet naturally stand apart. After receiving the instruction, the subjects bend their legs for half a squat, swing their arms backwards as far as possible, and then swing their arms forward and upward quickly, with both legs exerting force at the same time, trying to take off vertically and upward, and at the same time raising their hands to touch the test paper of the fixed height line or automatic height touch device, and those who touch the height line or test paper are considered qualified. Note: (1) When taking off, the subject's legs can't move or there are steps; (2) The fingernails of the subjects shall not exceed 0.3cm of the fingertips; (3) Subjects are not allowed to carry gloves and other items when touching with their bare hands; (4) Subjects take off their socks (socks can be worn) barefoot, and a hard inelastic pad of no more than 2 cm is laid at the place where they take off.
