2. Recruitment conditions

(1) Applicants should meet the following basic conditions

4. Have a household registration in Ulanqab City (the household registration was in Ulanqab City before entering the college entrance examination or the household registration was in Ulanqab City before December 31, 2012).

5. Have the physical conditions required by the job. The standards shall be implemented with reference to the "General Physical Examination Standards for Civil Servant Recruitment" (applicants with disabilities must have the basic physical conditions to meet the job requirements).

6. Undergraduate students must be under 32 years old (born after June 30, 1981), and master's degree candidates must be under 37 years old (born after June 30, 1976).

(2) Conditions for identification of poor families

1. Children of poor families who are identified by the municipal civil affairs department and are enjoying urban and rural subsistence allowances (the same household registration as of June 30, 2013) If one of the registered family members is a subsistence allowance recipient, it is considered a poor family).

2. As of June 30, 2013, the children of martyrs who have been identified by the municipal civil affairs department as meeting the conditions stipulated in the "Regulations on the Commendation of Martyrs".

3. Orphans recognized by the municipal civil affairs department as of June 30, 2013.

4. As of June 30, 2013, parents or individuals recognized by the Municipal Disabled Persons' Federation can register online for families with disabilities of level three or above.

(3) The following personnel are not allowed to apply

1. Active military personnel.

2. Newly hired civil servants and public institution staff who have served in Ulanqab City for less than five years (employed after August 1, 2008, including probation period).

3. Civil servants and public institution staff who have been dismissed for less than 5 years.

4. Persons who have been criminally punished for crimes or have been dismissed from public office.

3. Recruitment procedures

Formulate plans, release information, sign up, preliminary qualification review, written examination, assessment and physical examination, determine the personnel to be hired, publicize, sign employment contracts, handle employment procedures, etc. .

4. Registration Confirmation

(1) The registration work is handled by the Municipal Personnel Examination Center and is conducted online. Candidates directly log in to the Ulanqab Municipal Personnel Examination Information Network to register online. Sign up.

(2) Online registration time: August 2, 2013 to August 7, 2013 before 17:30.

(3) Online printing of admission tickets starts from August 21, 2013.

(4) Candidates are exempted from registration fees and examination fees.

5. Qualification review

(1) The qualification review will be organized and implemented by the recruitment leading group of each banner, county and city. The qualification review time will be from August 9 to August 10, 2013.

(2) During the qualification review, you must present your second-generation ID card, household register, graduation certificate, original and copy of degree certificate, and registration form (in triplicate, candidates can print it online) by the local social Department review.

(3) Children of families enjoying urban and rural subsistence allowances must present the "Urban Minimum Living Security Fund Receiving Certificate" or the "Rural and Pastoral Area Minimum Security Fund Receiving Certificate" to the civil affairs department of the place of household registration for review.

(4) Children of martyrs must hold a "Martyr Certificate" for review by the local civil affairs department.

(5) Orphans will be reviewed by the local civil affairs department.

(6) Candidates from families with disabilities must hold the "Disability Certificate" of their parents or their second generation, level 3 or above, to be reviewed by the local Disabled Persons' Federation.

(7) After the civil affairs departments of each banner, county, city and the Disabled Persons’ Federation summarize the review results, they will publicize them for 5 days. VI. Examination

(2) The exam does not specify textbooks, and the exam subjects are the application essay and the administrative vocational aptitude test. Each subject is worth 100 points. The examination is conducted in a closed-book format, and the test papers are all written in Chinese. Candidates can answer in Mongolian, but they can only answer in one language for the same subject.

(3) Candidates must bring their second-generation ID card and admission ticket when taking the exam.

(4) Total score calculation method: total score = total exam score. Policy bonus points.

(5) After the examination, the Municipal Personnel Examination Center will draw the score line according to the total number of recruits, sort them from high scores to low scores, and determine the candidates to be recruited.

(6) Orphans recognized by the civil affairs departments at the city and county levels will participate in the registration and qualification review, but will not take the exam and will not occupy the recruitment quota.
