Can third-party employment become a full member?

Third-party employees cannot become regular employees, because the dispatched employees are sent by the dispatching company to work in the employing unit. If you want to become a full-time employee, you have to participate in the formal recruitment of the employer, and then sign a labor contract with the employer after passing the examination. There is no way to directly change from a dispatch relationship to a regular employee.
