How to find Shenzhen mold design apprentice?

Nine years ago, I was a college student, majoring in mold design and manufacturing. Out of my love for molds, I studied the mold design software such as AutoCAD, UG, SolidWorks and Proe. I always thought that I could find a job in mold design by learning software well, but I never found a job in mold design after graduation.

What I still remember is that when I went to Sany Heavy Industry for an interview after graduation, when the leader sitting opposite me asked me what skills I had, I said I would design AutoCAD, UG and other software. As a result, the other party said that I misunderstood his meaning. He doesn't want to know what I will do, but he wants to know whether I have been a small leader of the school during my college years and whether I have been rated as "three good" or something. Of course, I failed in the interview.

When I was looking for a job in a foreign country and spent almost thousands of dollars on me, I accidentally found a promising job on the Internet, which was very suitable for me. The position is "mold design apprentice". Of course, I submitted my resume without a doubt, and waited for almost a week, but the other party never called me. Because I was in a particularly good mood to do mold design at that time, I called according to the phone number left by the other party on the Internet. After the call was connected, the other party asked me to go for an interview, saying that the topic of the interview was very simple, that is, just draw some simple projections by hand. I was in Changsha, and the other company was in Heze, Shandong. Actually, there's so much to say. Smart friends have long realized that I have been cheated. I didn't know that I had joined the MLM organization until I came to Heze, Shandong. I can't say I regret coming here and desperately looking for a job as a mold designer. At least, it's fake. I organized in MLM for a month, and I also made many friends. Many of them are "recruited" by recruiting design apprentices and making apprentices. Until now, I can still tell my friends that no company will recruit design apprentices and other positions, which are basically deceptive.

I adjusted at home for about two months and came to Kunshan, Jiangsu alone. Kunshan is a city of molds. After I arrived in Kunshan, I went to the talent market almost every day. As a result, I was interviewed for 5 or 6 times. As a result, I didn't even have the ability to be a mold draftsman, and I didn't even pass the college CAD drawing! Out of a rogue, I finally found a mold factory, where I worked as a precision grinder. I stand and work 14 hours every day. I can only swallow the hard work and I don't report good news to my family. Who told me that college was for nothing? Hard work makes me more eager to do mold design. Except for a little living expenses, I buy books on mold design every month. At first, I couldn't understand them at all. Later, I bought a computer and followed the book step by step. As a result, I taught myself for more than seven months. I feel as if I don't understand what is going on at all, let alone the principle of mold design, let alone interview mold design, which makes me self-taught.

In the later days, I went to Internet cafes to find free mold design videos almost every day, and the result was still the same. It seems that what I read and said are simple commands in the book, and I don't talk about the essence at all. I didn't learn anything and wasted a lot of time.

After so many ups and downs, I also understand what I need most now. I need to recharge my batteries and study mold design quietly. I took out all my savings for a year and reported them to a mold design training institution in Kunshan. I won't say the name of the training institution. In the process of training, I basically only talk for about an hour every day, and I contact myself at other times. Sometimes I want to say it, but I don't want to say it. Many brothers who participated in the training with me said that they talked too little and didn't know what to practice! I just think that training is a waste of time, not like what the internet says at all! Alas, what I regret most is that I took part in that kind of design training, wasted time and money, didn't come to work for nearly half a year, and I was unfamiliar with many things. My conclusion now is that if you don't have a little knowledge of mold mechanical drawing and haven't worked in the workshop for three or five years, you'd better not do mechanical design design and training, and you won't learn anything at all. Don't see someone find a job with a monthly salary of several thousand on the Internet, which is actually a lie! If there is such a good thing, why are you the only one to learn it?

After this failed training, I almost lost confidence in mold design. Finally, through the introduction of many friends, I got to know a fellow villager in mold designer. He brought me into the mold design position through his relationship, and my life track changed from that moment on. With the help of some CAD application methods and training mechanism in college, I started as a mold draftsman in the company. I just started as a mold draftsman, and I have no idea how to draw. What I was taught at school was useless. During the time when I made the mold drawing, I basically punched in at the company at six o'clock in the morning and got off work at 12 in the evening, sometimes all night. I love this industry and want to learn quickly and work independently. After nearly half a year's performance and work achievements, I was finally affirmed by the design director, and I was honored to be transferred to the 3D group to specialize in mold design. I also started my full struggle every day!

After so many years of mold design, I think it is just starting now, and this position and achievements are really hard-won.
