4.2 Legal holidays
A holiday for all citizens.

4.4 Supplementary leave

If the public holidays cannot be held on time due to work needs, the director shall arrange compensatory holidays at the scene. If it is really impossible to arrange compensatory time off on the spot, with the approval of the director, it can be used in combination with legal holidays and other holidays or instead of personal leave.

4.5 Other holidays
Other holidays shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant regulations of the superior, and the leave formalities must be fulfilled and reported to the company for approval.
5 combined use of holidays
5. 1 Under the premise of not affecting production and operation, paid annual leave and compensatory leave can be arranged as a whole.
5.2 Paid annual leave can be used in combination with compensatory leave, or it can be used alone, and the combined use time generally does not exceed 30 days.
5.3 Make-up leave can be used together with "legal holidays".
6 expense reimbursement

6.3 Vacation expenses shall be reimbursed centrally by the project and shall not be confused with other expenses.
7 attendance requirements

The absent employees who have not gone through the leave formalities should report to the supervisor in time. If they don't report it, once they are found out, they will be held accountable.
7.3 Overtime work on normal public holidays and legal holidays must be confirmed by the supervisor, otherwise attendance will not be given.
7.4 All departments, regions (divisions, branches) and project departments shall establish employee leave registers and leave registers, record the starting and ending time and leave categories of employees, timely write off the days of compensatory leave, and keep leave vouchers.
7.5 Each department, region (division, branch) and project department shall be audited by the director before 26th of each month and submitted to the project leader for approval. Attendance shall be reported to the engineering department of the company at the end of the month, and the employee attendance results shall be published in this department.
8 supplementary provisions
