Do private enterprises need employment certificates? Does the private enterprise interview need political review?

Under normal circumstances, private enterprises do not need any other certificates except academic qualifications, graduation, English and necessary professional qualification certificates.

Some enterprises will require you to bring your resignation certificate when you report for duty to confirm whether hiring you will bring the lawsuit of the original enterprise. For private enterprises, political audit is usually unnecessary.

According to my understanding and experience, there is no need for such a thing as an employment certificate. The proof that private enterprises want talents is obviously worthless. What are they going to do? When you are not on the job, the assessment of you during the interview is the best constant name, and you can know it through background investigation when you are not on the job.

It is obviously unreasonable for on-the-job personnel to issue such certificates, and the actual private enterprises do not have this hobby.

It is best to fill in the real enterprise name when registering, otherwise it is a question of integrity. It is even more inconvenient.
