Qingdao West Coast Hospital (formerly known as West Coast Medical Center) is located at Wutaishan Road 1677, Development Zone, with an area of138,000 square meters, a building area of 20 100 square meters and a total investment of108,000 yuan. The hospital designed beds 1500, and 600 beds were put into use in the first phase after the official opening of the clinic.

At present, the hospital has completed the procurement and installation of CT, angiography, DR gastrointestinal machine, oral disinfection equipment, operating room and intensive care equipment, and the administrative departments such as administrative department, business department and logistics support department have been established. The 442 medical staff recruited by the hospital and 120 experts, directors of various departments, head nurses and medical staff transferred from the headquarters of the Affiliated Hospital of Qingyi Medical University have all been put in place. It can provide high-level medical services for residents in the west coast and surrounding Zhucheng, Linyi and Rizhao, and will play a positive role in comprehensively improving the medical and health level of our city and realizing the balanced development of medical and health undertakings in our city.

After the opening of West Coast Hospital, it will be paperless, efficient and informationized. The hospital only invested 80 million yuan in intelligent system, which integrated more than 20 subsystems such as security, building automation, ward calling, queuing and calling, and one-card system.
