Are Qingdao City Philharmonic Orchestra and Qingdao Philharmonic Orchestra the same thing?

They are the same group. They are all composed of well-known conductors, musicians and soloists in China, dedicated to promoting traditional classical music and injecting vitality into Qingdao's cultural life.
