Article 2 The basic principle of determining salary highlights the post labor elements. Article 3 These Measures are applicable to the personnel of China Petroleum and Natural Gas Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the joint-stock company) who work in overseas projects or work in overseas offices of the joint-stock company (hereinafter referred to as the project) for more than 30 days. It does not include those who have worked abroad for less than 30 days and those who have temporarily gone abroad for business trips, research and condolences. The remuneration packages of expatriates who engage in labor cooperation and technical services alone shall be implemented by the sending unit according to the provisions of the labor contract, and these measures shall not be implemented.
