Shangguanhua-Tianlong Cavern Scenic Area was built by Shangguan Village Committee of Xizhou Town according to the requirements of state and municipal party committees and governments on attracting investment. After several years' efforts, the capital of Beijing Yuhuan Ye Wei Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. was introduced and officially put into trial operation on May 6, 2004. The company plans to invest 56 million yuan to build the "Shangguanhua" brand, one of the four scenic spots of "Beautiful Flowers and Snow Moon". Focusing on the development plan of building Dali into a "landscape garden city with beautiful scenery, flowers and bright snow and moon", we will build star-rated hotels, Tianlong ropeway, catering and shopping facilities, resorts, eco-zoo, Tianlong Cavern development and other projects in three phases to build the scenic spot into a national scenic spot. The first phase of the project has invested180,000 yuan, built ropeways and parking lots, renovated Shangguan Garden, opened up mountain roads, rebuilt the lights in Tianlong Cavern, and gradually completed other supporting facilities. The scenic spot, which integrates sightseeing, shopping, eating and playing, has become a new highlight of Dali tourism. It embodies the four characteristics of "viewing the sea, enjoying flowers, exploring ancient caves and looking for historical sites". Shangguanhua Tourism Co., Ltd. not only pursues economic benefits, but also attaches great importance to social benefits, providing 200 booths for Shangguan Village. Tianlong Cavern is located in the remaining veins of Changbai Mountain, and the whole mountain is empty. According to experts' research, Tianlong Cavern is the source of Benxi Water Cave, and an underground river with a length of more than 6,000 meters is closely connected with Benxi Water Cave.
