3. Recruitment procedures, management and benefits

1. Recruitment procedures. Applicants must pass pre-qualification, written examination, interview, qualification review, physical examination and organizational inspection. Qualified candidates will be formally hired.

2. Recruitment management and treatment.

1) The employment system is implemented for the employed personnel, and the employment period is 2 years.

2) The monthly salary for those hired is 1,200 yuan for those with a bachelor’s degree and 1,500 yuan for those with a master’s degree. During the employment period, pension insurance and medical insurance shall be paid as required.

3) Upon expiration of the term and passing the assessment, both parties can negotiate for renewal.

3. Registration requirements: Applicants must hold household registration book, identity card Certificate, academic (degree) certificate, original and photocopy of the two-way selection form and 4 recent 2-inch front-facing photos of the same version without a hat.

5. Exam:
