General rules for open recruitment of staff in Suqian Audit Bureau and institutions

Second, the application conditions
1. Abide by the Constitution and laws and have good conduct;

3. Have a bachelor's degree or above and the ability to perform the duties of this position;

5. Participate in the 2009 Suqian Civil Service Recruitment Examination (Class A) and the written test reaches the qualified line;
6. Be in good health and meet other conditions stipulated in the recruitment brochure.
Three. Recruitment procedures and methods
The recruitment work is carried out in the way of interview and assessment in accordance with the principle of "voluntary registration, fair competition and merit-based recruitment".
(1) Registration
Those who are voluntary and meet the requirements for registration will register in Suqian Audit Office (Room 502, fifth floor, Municipal Audit Building, the same below) from September 22 to 26, 2009. Registration time is 8: 30am-165438+0: 30pm,14: 00pm-17.
Materials to be provided for registration: my ID card, graduation certificate, and two recent two-inch color photos with the same background bareheaded (if I have joined the work, I need to provide proof that the unit agrees to apply).
Applicants fill in the Application Form for Open Recruitment of Staff in Suqian Public Institutions (in duplicate) and go through the registration formalities after passing the qualification examination.
(2) Interview
According to the written test scores of the registered candidates, the interviewer is determined according to the proportion of three times the planned recruitment from high score to low score. The interview time will be announced separately.
After the interview, according to the proportion of written test scores and interview scores accounting for 50% respectively, the total score of candidates is calculated by percentage system. A non-competitive interview position is qualified if the interview score reaches 60 points.
(3) Physical examination
The physical examination is organized by the Municipal Personnel Bureau and the Municipal Audit Bureau. According to the total score, the number of people to be recruited for this position is 1: 1, and the participants are determined from high score to low score. The physical examination standard shall be implemented with reference to the National General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (for Trial Implementation). Vacancies due to unqualified medical examination can be filled in the applicants from high score to low score.
(4) Investigation
Those who pass the physical examination shall be assessed by the Municipal Audit Bureau with reference to the "Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Examination and Employment of National Civil Servants in Jiangsu Province".
Those who pass the examination are determined to be the persons to be employed, and shall be publicized by the Municipal Personnel Bureau and the Municipal Audit Bureau on Suqian Personnel (Compilation) Network and Suqian Audit Online. The publicity time is 7 days. If the publicity period expires and the employment conditions are met, the employment procedures shall be handled.
If there are those who fail to pass the examination, they can be replenished at one time from high score to low score among the applicants.
(5) Employment
The personnel to be employed shall be signed by the employing unit and the personnel to be employed, and the personnel agency formalities shall be handled. The probation period is 6 months (probation period for fresh graduates 12 months), during which you can enjoy the treatment of public institutions stipulated by the state. After the probation period expires, the employment formalities will be formally handled after passing the examination. If the probation period is unqualified, the employment contract shall be terminated.
If the person to be employed has signed a labor contract or employment agreement with the relevant unit, I shall be responsible for handling it according to the relevant regulations.
