Huapu Tian Jian Certified Public Accountants (special general partnership) was formed in 2008 by the merger of Anhui Huapu Certified Public Accountants and Liaoning Tian Jian Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd.

Huapu Tian Jian Anhui Branch, formerly known as Anhui Huapu Certified Public Accountants, was established in August. 1988. Before the reform, it was named Anhui Certified Public Accountants, and later it was renamed Huapu Certified Public Accountants. It is one of the earliest certified public accountants engaged in securities and futures-related business auditing and asset appraisal licenses in China, and it is also the largest and most qualified accounting firm in Anhui. Huapu Tian Jian Liaoning Branch, formerly known as Liaoning Tian Jian Certified Public Accountants, was established in 1982. It belongs to Liaoning Provincial Department of Finance and institutions under the Provincial Department of Finance. It is the first accounting firm established in Northeast China after the recovery of the certified public accountant system in China, and the first accounting firm in China to obtain the qualification of securities and futures.

At the end of 2008, in order to meet the needs of business development, Anhui Huapu Certified Public Accountants and Liaoning Tian Jian Certified Public Accountants merged to form Huapu Tian Jian Certified Public Accountants. At the end of 20 13, Huapu Tian Jian completed the transformation from a limited company to a special general partnership, and has now developed into a large professional, institutionalized and international accounting firm.

Headquartered in Beijing, Huapu Tian Jian has six branches in Shanghai, Hefei, Liaoning, Shandong, Wuhu and Sichuan, and established Huapu Tian Jian Certified Public Accountants (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. in Hong Kong. Our institute has provided professional services to 865,438+0 A-share listed companies, more than 200 companies to be listed, more than 90 companies issuing corporate bonds and more than 300 other enterprises all the year round. The business scope covers 27 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions in China, and has formed a huge customer base in East China, North China, Northeast China and South China, covering finance, securities, energy, transportation, communication and machinery.

By the end of 20 13, Huapu Tian Jian had more than 800 employees, including 300 certified public accountants, and realized operating income of nearly 300 million yuan. Ranked 25th in the comprehensive ranking of "Top 100 Comprehensive Evaluation Information of Accounting Firms in 20 14" published by China Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and was shortlisted as "Audit Project Accounting Firm" of the State Council State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission for many years.
