9. When the fire is out of control, the commander-in-chief of the fire site shall promptly notify all rescuers to evacuate.

Four, fire education and training ability

The task of fire safety and security in hotels and restaurants is heavy, so unit leaders and every employee must master basic fire safety knowledge and have basic fire prevention and extinguishing skills.
