4. The office of the Municipal Agricultural Comprehensive Development Leading Group will no longer be retained. Its agricultural comprehensive development responsibilities will be transferred to the Municipal Finance Bureau, and poverty alleviation and development responsibilities will be transferred to the Municipal Agriculture and Forestry Bureau.
5. The Municipal Investment Promotion Bureau and the Municipal Leading Group Office for Rectification and Standardization of Market Economic Order will no longer be retained, and their responsibilities will be transferred to the Municipal Commerce Bureau.
6. The Municipal Immigration Office will no longer be retained, and its responsibilities will be transferred to the Municipal Water Conservancy Bureau. 7. The reform work of government agencies and public institutions not covered by the institutional reform implementation opinions will be carried out after the administrative organizational reform is basically completed.
