I. General requirements

According to the requirements of prevention and control of epidemic situation in the spring of 2022 in provinces, cities and counties, all teachers and students in primary and secondary schools in our county must return to school with 48-hour negative nucleic acid certificates. According to the principle of "one person, one case", all faculty and students in the county should be organized to do a good job in nucleic acid detection in an orderly manner, accurately screen the health status of teachers and students, and establish health records for teachers and students.

Teachers and students of primary and secondary schools in the county organize regular fixed-point nucleic acid testing; Kindergarten teachers and students go to the county people's hospital, Jianhe hospital to make an appointment for testing.

Four, sampling units and the corresponding subcontracting schools

County People's Hospital is responsible for the nucleic acid detection and sampling of teachers and students in five schools: No.2 Middle School, No.3 Middle School, Lianhua Primary School, No.4 Primary School in the urban area and Vocational College, with students 15974.

Yuxi Jianhe Hospital is responsible for the nucleic acid detection and sampling of teachers, students and employees in No.1 Middle School, Experimental School, Guangkai School, Yucai School and Affiliated High School, with students 15404.

County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine is responsible for the nucleic acid detection and sampling of teachers, students and employees in five schools: the first primary school, the second primary school, the third primary school, the first middle school and the second middle school, with a student14,900.

Teachers and students in township primary and secondary schools are responsible for nucleic acid detection and sampling by local health centers.

On-site sampling at wrong time and peak. Each school should plan the sampling time reasonably according to the class, assign the sampling sites regularly, and take 10 as a group, and enter the site for sampling in numerical order.

Test the sample. Samples from county hospitals, Western Henan Construction and Hospitals were sent to our laboratory for testing, and samples from county traditional Chinese medicine hospitals were sent to the laboratory of county CDC for testing. School samples from Danshui, Tianguan, Yangcheng and Cheyue were sent to the county CDC for testing, while those from Wuliqiao and Dinghe were sent to testing. School samples from Chongyang, Xiping, Zhaigen, Sang Ping, Shijie River, Miping, Junmahe, Shuanglong, Erlangping and Taiping were sent to testing.

In accordance with the requirements of epidemic prevention and control, all schools started the emergency plan for nucleic acid detection for all staff, set up special classes, made plans, arrangements and organizations for nucleic acid detection and sampling, determined the on-site organization and coordination of 5- 10 staff, improved the sampling efficiency, and ensured the orderly and smooth on-site sampling.

Nine, the composition and deployment of nucleic acid detection and sampling technology

According to the principle that schools subcontract to medical institutions, the members of the first echelon and the second echelon of county nucleic acid testing and sampling are uniformly deployed and assigned to the sampling points of urban schools to carry out sampling work.

Each sampling point is equipped with several sampling stations according to the number of teachers and students, and each sampling point is equipped with five technicians to carry out sampling work.

Nucleic acid sampling points in schools in urban areas shall be determined by subcontracted medical institutions with a person in charge of nucleic acid detection and sampling and a liaison person, and each sampling station shall determine a team leader to be responsible for nucleic acid sampling in this group. Nucleic acid sampling in township schools shall be organized and deployed by the township epidemic prevention and control headquarters with reference to this plan.

X. Matters needing attention

Each sampling point shall be set in strict accordance with relevant standards and specifications, equipped with necessary protective articles, and personal protection of sampling technicians shall be strengthened.

All schools strictly organize teachers, students and staff to carry out sampling at wrong time and peak, so that people do not get together and keep 1 meter.

The school should set up a temporary observation room, and immediately start the emergency plan when special circumstances are found, so as to make emergency decisive disposal in place.

According to the requirements of technical specifications, do a good job in disinfection of the sampling site environment, fully disinfect the campus after sampling, and strengthen disinfection of key parts.
