According to the relevant information of official website of Jingmen Medical Security Bureau, according to the Notice of the Municipal People's Government on Amending Some Normative Documents, severely disabled people are divided into three levels: level 1, level 2 and level 3, and the disability level is linked to long-term care insurance benefits. Among them, the daily limit of home care is 100 yuan, and the long-term care insurance fund pays 80% and 50% respectively according to the first, second and third grades of severe disability.
