I. Purpose of the event

1. Commendation content: "Excellent nurse", "Ivy League nurse" and quality nursing demonstration group.

4. Selection conditions

(1) Selection criteria for "excellent nurses"

E, the development and application of nursing scientific research achievements, published papers of academic value, outstanding performance in improving the quality of nursing work and department management.

(2) Selection conditions of "Advanced Collective of Quality Nursing Service"

5. Selection methods and requirements

(1) All medical institutions should select and recommend according to relevant standards from bottom to top to ensure the quality of recommendation.

(2) Organizations that declare "advanced quality nursing collective" should fill in the declaration form as required, and attach a story introduction of less than 1000 words.

(3) The leading group commemorating "5. 12" International Nurses' Day awarded 32 "excellent nurses" and 1 "advanced group of quality nursing" according to the recommended list and application materials. The quota allocation is attached.

According to the relevant provisions of the Nurses' Regulations, in order to set up excellent models, clinical nurses are encouraged to serve the public health wholeheartedly and carry out commendation activities:

Commendation is divided into three categories: Shenzhen excellent nurses, Shenzhen excellent head nurses and Shenzhen excellent nursing department directors.

(2) Selection conditions.

1. Selection criteria for "Shenzhen Excellent Nurses".

(1) actively participated in people's health and made selfless contributions to the development of nursing.

(2) Current nurses registered in this unit and engaged in clinical nursing for more than 3 years.

(3) Love the nursing profession, be proactive, constantly improve the level of nursing profession and service quality, actively participate in and promote the demonstration project activities of high-quality nursing service, and have a high degree of satisfaction among medical staff and patients in our hospital. Nurses of traditional Chinese medicine should be familiar with the operating rules of traditional Chinese medicine nursing and carry out special nursing of traditional Chinese medicine.

(4) Love and respect their jobs, actively participate in quality nursing work such as "quality control circle", be serious and responsible for their work, make outstanding achievements in basic nursing, specialist nursing and nursing scientific research, and have no major nursing mistakes and accidents in the past three years.

(5) The number of night shifts in the front line of clinical nursing shall not be less than 30 times/year (statistical period: 201510 from October to 20151February 3 1).

2 "Shenzhen excellent head nurse" selection conditions.

(4) Lead by example, be strict with yourself, have a decent style, have high prestige among the masses, have strong organizational and management skills, and have the basic qualities and conditions of being a leader in nursing discipline.

3 "Shenzhen Excellent Nursing Director" selection conditions.

(1) actively participated in people's health and made selfless contributions to the development of nursing.

(2) Specializing in nursing management in various units, mastering nursing management norms, and making outstanding achievements in nursing human resources management, training and using professionals, developing quality nursing services, promoting the development of nursing disciplines, and nursing scientific research.

(3) Engaged in nursing management for more than 3 years.

(4) Set an example, be strict with yourself, have a decent style, have high prestige among the masses, have strong organizational and management skills, and have achieved fruitful nursing management.

(5) The director of the hospital nursing department whose overall management and quality control evaluation result of medical service in 2015 was "A".

(3) Selection requirements.

1. All kinds of medical and health family planning service institutions at all levels should carefully organize the selection and recommendation according to the selection conditions of excellent nurses, head nurses and nursing department directors in Shenzhen. The quota arrangement is based on the following standards: excellent nurses are recommended according to the total number of clinical nurses in the hospital 1% (one excellent nurse can be recommended when the total number of clinical nurses in social hospitals is between 50 and 99); Excellent head nurses are recommended by 10% of hospital nursing units (an excellent head nurse can be recommended when the number of nursing units in social hospitals is between 5 and 9); Excellent nursing director. A qualified hospital can recommend one.

2. It is required to fill in the Recommendation Form for Excellent Nurses in Shenzhen (see Annex 2) and the Recommendation Form for Excellent Head Nurses in Shenzhen (see Annex 3). The main deeds and materials should be concise and to the point, no more than 2000 words, which can be attached separately. Candidates recommended by excellent nurses, head nurses and directors of nursing departments must provide their own nurse practice certificate 1 copy. (4) Incentive mechanism.

2. All units can give certain material and spiritual rewards.

3. The health and family planning administrative departments and medical institutions in each district may commend the personnel who have been engaged in nursing work for a long time according to the relevant provisions of the former Ministry of Health.

Second, excellent "quality control circle" project exhibition activities

In order to guide primary medical institutions and nursing staff to learn to use advanced, scientific and effective management tools to improve and continuously improve the quality of nursing service, our Committee will continue to promote the "quality control circle", an effective and sustainable quality improvement activity, effectively improve the quality of nursing and improve patient satisfaction. Therefore, during the "512" International Nurses' Day, our Committee will organize some excellent "quality control circle" projects of medical institutions to be displayed, and the specific matters and organization will be the responsibility of the Municipal Nursing Association until further notice.

Third, carry out active and healthy characteristic activities.

The City Nursing Association can continue to organize nursing staff to carry out activities such as "Greenway Walking" in conjunction with the City Health Promotion Center, the City Physician Association and other relevant units, enhance the cohesion of the nursing team, and show the good mental outlook of medical staff to the society. The administrative departments of health and family planning in each district can carry out activities with rich content, healthy progress and distinctive features according to the actual situation in their respective jurisdictions.
