How to choose children actors in TV series?

Most of the children actors in the crew, including some children in variety shows, are children of other actors in the crew or the staff of the program group, so you can see that they are all ordinary, and some of them are selected from some children's art groups and play some relatively important roles. None of these child actors will be recruited or selected.
