Organize and implement the evaluation of titles of non-public economic organizations and non-employed personnel, be responsible for the construction of rural talent teams in the city, organize rural talent commendation activities, carry out international talent exchanges and cooperation, study abroad and export domestic and foreign (overseas) talents (services). 7. Employment and job-transfer training for unemployed people in cities and towns, surplus personnel in enterprises, migrant workers and labor exporters.
