Main responsibilities of Jiuquan Talent Exchange and Development Service Center: 1. Responsible for the file management of the floating population in the city, undertake the identification and academic certification of various enterprises and institutions directly under the city, organize and implement the talent introduction of various enterprises and institutions in the city, handle relevant personnel procedures for them, and be responsible for the personnel agency of non-staff members, the transfer of party (group) relations, postgraduate political examination, political examination abroad, file salary adjustment, contract verification, salary design, etc. 2. Responsible for the employment service of college graduates, handle the registration, registration and file management of college graduates, and provide recommended employment services for non-on-the-job college graduates. 3. Organize the propositions, papers and examinations of all kinds of socialized personnel examinations in the city. Responsible for human resources development, do a good job in recruitment and job search services, and organize various talent exchange meetings. To carry out vocational skills training, organize vocational skills appraisal, and provide vocational skills appraisal teaching materials and related technical support services. 5 responsible for the development, construction and management of the city's talent information network, and provide all-round information services for various institutions. 6. Organize and implement the evaluation of titles of non-public economic organizations and non-employed personnel, be responsible for the construction of rural talent teams in the city, organize rural talent commendation activities, carry out international talent exchanges and cooperation, study abroad and export domestic and foreign (overseas) talents (services). 7. Employment and job-transfer training for unemployed people in cities and towns, surplus personnel in enterprises, migrant workers and labor exporters.
