My interview experience in Samsung and my work experience in Samsung

Interview is to examine a person's working ability and comprehensive quality through written, face-to-face or online communication (video and telephone). Through the interview, you can preliminarily judge whether the candidate can integrate into your team. The following is my interview experience and work experience in Samsung. I hope it helps you.

I just saw a younger brother and sister killed by Samsung b4. Actually, I think campus job fairs are more difficult. There are many fresh graduates, and everyone has good strength. The competition will be fierce.

My senior year sent a resume to Samsung on Chinaren next semester. At that time, there seemed to be more graduates who had settled down, so the competition was not fierce at that time. So the day after I submitted my resume, I was invited for an interview (in fact, my resume is very ordinary and has no characteristics, and the only thing I am proud of is "I graduated from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications").

The next day, I went there and found that all the interviewees were boys in suits and ties. I was the only girl wearing casual clothes, which surprised me. There was a one-to-many situation during the interview. The heads of various departments asked us to introduce ourselves, their future development plans and their understanding of the profession. In fact, it was quite simple, but I felt quite nervous at that time, because this was only the second company I interviewed with little experience. I think what I said at that time was quite bad, and I also said that I would study for further study in the future, and I immediately regretted it. Maybe because of luck, I entered the second side. After all, it is a multinational company. Originally, I specially prepared an English self-introduction. I didn't expect the second side to be simpler than the first side. First introduce yourself in Chinese, then ask the motto and translate it into English. The only professional question is what is the difference between GSM and CDMA. Xdjm of Beihou University should be able to say a word or two about this. There is a three-sided personnel interview. At that time, I specifically asked my seniors how to negotiate salary. Results Samsung undergraduates have a unified price (which can be found online), and it is higher than my heart price. I was really happy. Of the three parties, HR only asked me two questions, 1. You are from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, so why don't good schools go to graduate school? Your knowledge of Samsung makes the interview easier and easier. During the whole interview, no one ever asked me for my report card, and no one ever asked me if I passed CET-6, which made me feel very gratified. I think the supervisor may want to recruit the right person, not the one with the best grades. Generally speaking, this kind of interview is really simple and surprising, which may have something to do with the position you are applying for. In order to stand out in such an interview, I think it is very important to be lucky and leave an unpretentious and steady feeling for the executives.

After passing the personnel interview, I thought everything was all right. In fact, the real challenge lies ahead. The internships and apprenticeships in our department (I wonder if other departments are like this) are worthy of the name. If you feel that your probation performance is average, you will still be dismissed, which will make people feel very scared. You must compete with the employees who come in with you. A boy who graduated from Beijing Institute of Technology was expelled alive during the probation period 1 month. In fact, he worked very hard. Every day, he was the first to come and the last to leave, and finally he left. Now a group of new employees in our department are also scared all day. So don't underestimate the probation period after entering Samsung.

Perhaps this interview experience can't inspire my younger brothers and sisters more, but I can introduce my work experience in Samsung for your reference.

After I was officially admitted, I went to Samsung for an internship. Koreans have a lot of rules, and they didn't adapt at first. The first thing after work every day is to go to the supervisor (Korean) and say hello to every employee. Say goodbye to the supervisor after work every day. I am always depressed that I can't wear casual pants, jeans, casual shoes and sleeveless clothes in the company. Don't be late for the internship. I was accidentally late once and was criticized. The supervisor told me that Korean interns would be fired if they were late once. At that time, I was shocked. Please be careful. Samsung's promotion system is not very good. It takes three years to be promoted as an agent and four years to be promoted as a department head. At present, we are all members (it sounds a bit like a people's commune, well, just get used to it). Usually when I get off work, I will be later than the specified time 1 hour or more. Even if you finish the work, you must endure it. Otherwise, people will think that you are not working hard. Actually, it's lucky to leave before 7 o'clock. Koreans in the office often work until 12, and they are desperate.

My interview experience is really simple, and I have never participated in Samsung's written test. For me, luck accounts for a large proportion. So finding a job can't give you a better reference.

The purpose of writing this article is to let everyone know more about Samsung's enterprises, rather than blindly choosing companies.

.......... continued.

Every Korean in Samsung can speak a few words of Chinese, especially the department heads. Everyone needs to take the Korean Chinese test (like CET-4 and CET-6, which is quite bt), and they can officially take up their jobs in China after passing it. So don't worry too much about language problems. English is not very important at work. Although there are requirements for every position, after entering the company, you will find that the English of ordinary Korean employees is very poor (I don't know about the department head, and I haven't communicated in English). Even if you only have level 4, you can handle it. There are many Koreans in the company. After all, Koreans can speak Korean, and it is more convenient to communicate with their bosses, so they are more likely to be trusted or loved by their bosses, so many Han students will be a little psychologically unbalanced. So if you want to enter the company and get better development, you must learn Korean.

Because the company's upgrade system is mainly calculated by the number of years, you will be in your thirties when you reach the head of the class (department head level) and in your fifties when you reach the minister (probably equivalent to the general manager), so Samsung's upgrade system is unreasonable, which is also a reason for the high job-hopping rate. However, for people with weak ability, this is indeed a very good place, because after years, you can upgrade without accident.

Our department has three examinations every year. For employees who have just joined the club, the assessment results are always the lowest, and perhaps wages will be deducted. One of my colleagues was tragically detained. Newer employees can only survive when they come. If the assessment results are better, wages will easily rise. Samsung's salary belongs to a price, and welfare subsidies are relatively small. There is also a household registration issue that everyone is very concerned about. I don't know what will happen to the graduates next year, but Samsung has solved many household registration problems this year.

If you encounter problems at work, you might as well ask Koreans, who are willing to take the initiative to teach you. Korean male staff are generally older, and many of them don't have girlfriends, because they all served in military service for about two years when they went to college.

After entering Samsung, there will be a 1 week closed training, which I think is very meaningful and worth visiting, so as to gain a deeper understanding of team spirit.

The average age of Samsung employees is less than 30 years old. It is a very young team, full of energy, of course, because there are too many people who quit.

I think so much for the time being, and writing while thinking seems a bit messy, and there may be omissions. I hope you can have a simple understanding of Samsung enterprises. If you have any questions or I forgot to say, you are welcome to leave a message or write.
