Wuxi General Wire Rope Co., Ltd. is recruiting a new wire rope project.

Commonly used wire rope varieties are as follows:

1. phosphating coated steel wire rope (patented by China), after phosphating with manganese series and zinc-manganese series, the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of steel wire surface have jumped, and the fatigue life of steel wire rope has been greatly improved, which is three times that of smooth steel wire rope with the same structure. It can be verified by fatigue test (it is most reliable to do fatigue test in person), and it can completely replace all kinds of smooth steel wire ropes, and can also replace galvanized steel wire ropes with thin zinc layer after plating.

2. Galvanized steel wire rope, including hot galvanizing and electro-galvanizing. Generally, the galvanized zinc layer is thick, while the galvanized zinc layer is thin.

3. Stainless steel wire rope, mainly made of 304 or 3 16 stainless steel, has excellent anticorrosion effect, but it is expensive.

4. Based on plastic-coated steel wire rope and carbon steel wire rope, the outer layer is coated with polyethylene, polypropylene or nylon.

5. Smooth steel wire rope, with short service life and sharp drop in market demand, will be completely eliminated by phosphating coated steel wire rope.

For hoisting machinery used in atmospheric environment, manganese phosphating coated wire rope is preferred, hot dip galvanized-phosphating double-coated wire rope is preferred in heavy corrosive environment, and marine wire rope is preferred in seawater. Please note that the name of wire rope, such as phosphating coated wire rope or 3 16 stainless steel wire rope, must be indicated on the purchase invoice to prevent illegal enterprises from infringing their legitimate rights and interests. In addition, patented products will generally be marked with the patent number on the outer package of steel wire rope, and the warranty should have the main technical indicators, such as the type and weight of phosphating film (phosphating film has an important impact on the service life of steel wire rope, such as wear resistance and corrosion resistance, etc.), for reference only.
