2. Knowledge structure of CNC talents

Graduates of CNC technology application and other majors are all young, have varying degrees of English, computer application, basic theoretical knowledge of mechanics and electrical and certain hands-on abilities, and are easily able to accept the challenges of new jobs. At the same time, because the professional courses of school education are too narrow in division of labor, it is still difficult to meet the requirements of some enterprises for complex talents integrating processing and maintenance.

Suitable for organizational training in secondary vocational schools. Such personnel are in high demand in the market and are suitable as CNC machine tool operating technicians in workshops. However, because their knowledge is relatively simple, their salary will not be much higher.
2. Gray-collar level
1) CNC programmers: master the knowledge of CNC processing technology and the operation of CNC machine tools, master the design and manufacturing expertise of complex molds, and be proficient in three-dimensional CAD / CAM software, such as uc, ProE, etc.; proficient in CNC manual and automatic programming technology; suitable for organizational training in higher vocational and undergraduate schools. Suitable for CNC programmers in factory design and process departments. Such personnel are in high demand, especially in the mold industry, and their remuneration is also relatively high.
2) CNC machine tool maintenance and repair personnel: master the mechanical structure and electromechanical joint debugging of CNC machine tools, master the operation and programming of CNC machine tools, and be familiar with the characteristics, software and hardware structures, PLC and parameters of various CNC systems set up. Proficient in mechanical and electrical debugging and maintenance of CNC machine tools. Suitable for engineering and technical personnel in the factory equipment department. The demand for such personnel is relatively small, but it is very difficult to train such personnel. The knowledge structure requires a wide range of requirements, and the ability to adapt to CNC-related work requires the accumulation of a lot of practical experience. It is currently very lacking, and their salary is also relatively high.
3. Jinling level
CNC generalist: Possess and be proficient in the comprehensive knowledge required by CNC operating technicians, CNC programmers and CNC maintenance and repair personnel, and accumulate it in actual work A lot of practical experience and a wide range of knowledge. Proficient in the mechanical structure design of CNC machine tools and the electrical design of CNC systems, and master the electromechanical joint debugging of CNC machine tools. Able to complete the selection of CNC systems, design, installation, debugging and maintenance of CNC machine tool electrical systems by themselves. Able to independently complete CNC transformation of machine tools. They are sought-after talents in enterprises (especially private enterprises) and their remuneration is very high. Suitable for undergraduate and higher vocational school organizational training.
