How to write the demand of farmers eager to farm?

Dear city leaders:

Hello

I'm a 33-year-old farmer from * * * * * * Chaoyang District, Beijing. When farmers have been treated unfairly for so many years, they have not enjoyed the good policies given by the party to farmers, which makes me very confused.

I am writing this letter to you just to state the facts, and I hope you can give me a definite answer. As a farmer, I know that some policies implemented by the country in rural areas are conveyed by village heads and branch secretaries. So-called uploading and distributing are not enough. Here, I state some facts. As for whether there are problems of unclear or distorted policies, please make it clear.

1. What is the relationship between farmers and land? If farmers lose their land due to various reasons, how can they ensure that their normal interests are not violated?

(I'm a farmer, and I should have mainly cultivated land. We have a lot of land here, but we can't grow it. These lands are controlled by a village leader, and some of them are rented or sold under various pretexts, but the proceeds are missing. As an ordinary rural laborer, without land, it is equivalent to soldiers without guns. Although I know little about the law, I understand that some people have deprived me of my basic right to live. (

Second, should rural leaders be elected through voters? Do we farmers have voter qualifications?

(I feel that we are very confused now, and everything is in a fog. There are endless leaders in the village, big and small. I have basically never participated in voters, but now farmers are not eligible to vote. I don't even have a clear concept of voters until now. )

three: what is going from agriculture to Africa? Is it compulsory for the country to turn from agriculture to non-agriculture? Is there any economic reward or subsidy for rural to non-agricultural? Farmers have turned to non-residents. Shouldn't our life be better?

(We have been demolished here, and now we are going to change our accounts. I read on the website of our country or government that "rural to non-agricultural" refers to a major socio-economic policy that the agricultural population turns to non-agricultural population, or agricultural registered permanent residence turns to non-agricultural registered permanent residence, and the state supplies rations according to the method of grain ration in towns.

these are only a few of the things I intercepted. I wonder if this is the concept of peasants' urbanization? If so, what I want to tell you is that it is the third time that we have changed jobs since 1992. It was the first time for my brother, who gave 3, yuan at that time. My wife gave 5 thousand for the second time. Up to now, there are three people left in our family, but I am the only one who can give money, but I don't know how much. My mother can't give it. Their reason is that they are over the retirement age. My children can't give it. Their reason is that they are not 16 years old. The previous two times said that the child was not 18 years old and could not be given. From the first time to now, none of the people we transferred to has received the above-mentioned rations supplied by the state in accordance with the municipal grain ration system, not a single grain. This is the actual situation here. I wonder if it is the original intention of our national policy.

four: why are farmers in the same township treated differently? Xibaijialou is one of our neighboring villages, where self-employed farmers can receive more than 1, yuan from the village every month. They say that it is distributed according to the articles of association of the village. Can there be multiple articles of association in the same township? But in our village, it's never happened again. The farmers who work here only have 12 yuan a month, and now the minimum wage in Beijing is 116 yuan. Nowadays, there are old people and small people. Now the prices are so high, how can we live? It takes a month for the peasants to get 96 yuan here, which is lower than the minimum wage in Beijing. Is this normal? These urbanites have only recently been called to work in the village. Before the first or second transfer, we were not allowed to go there, saying that there was no place for us to arrange, but the relatives of the village leaders have been working in the village.

5. What kind of house should we live in? What kind of house can be qualified for acceptance? The elevator falls down from time to time, and there is a property fee without any facilities. If people move to a new house and many cars are smashed, who should we tell?

(Except for some nail houses here, we basically ended the demolition, but some serious things followed. Our relocation house here is 76 yuan, and the property fee is 2.5 yuan, which is the highest price we know. The relocated houses around us are all four or five thousand yuan.

The first phase is now facing to return to its new home, perhaps eager to live in its new house, and everyone is silently suffering a lot of unfairness. Our house payment was deducted in full in advance, the first phase was two years, the second phase was three years, and each family was at least 2 million yuan. We received such a rough house, the toilet and kitchen are bare, no matter how big the house is, there is no door, and living alone is an open kitchen. The elevator on the 29th floor is for 1 people. Can such a house be accepted and handed over to us? If it weren't for our government, what kind of regulations would there be for such a house?

in less than two months, the elevator in the new building slipped several times for no reason and injured people. Village leaders, property owners and developers did not take any remedial measures, but only modulated the elevator for 1 people to take 6 people. Recently, many other provinces and cities have developers to buy old elevators, and after simple sorting and repair, there is news of reinstalling them in relocated houses. We are very worried about whether our elevator belongs to this category. For this reason, I am very worried about what will happen in the future. Natural and man-made disasters have not taken our lives. Are we going to take the lives of ourselves and our families by the house we live in?

Now some people in the first phase have already moved into new houses, but they were forced to collect property fees before they got the keys. We don't have any supporting facilities here now, no community hospitals, schools, kindergartens, banks, shopping malls, post offices, nothing, and even the most basic security monitoring. Farmers have been forced to collect property fees for one year under such bad conditions. Is this correct?

In less than two months, seven cars of the first-phase residents were smashed overnight. The village committee, the property management company and the developers did not take any effective measures, and even the most basic safety videos were not provided, which made these victims swallow their own car insurance. )

Dear leaders of the municipal party committee, today I risked being retaliated and told you the situation of our present life and the problems we are facing realistically. It is said that now that farmers are rich, peasants can see the dawn of a better life, but where is our dawn? Where is the party's policy for us common people? What I see is our confused future, and we don't know what kind of mood we will have to meet these "good lives"! I'm a farmer now, and I'm already living a hard life. I'm afraid that the coming peasants will make our life even harder.

We are all ordinary people who can follow the Party in a down-to-earth manner! We firmly believe that our party is dedicated to the common people! In order to make the people live a good life, most party leaders work day and night, but can the policy of people's livelihood cover a specific person? The leaders of village committees are also the executors of the party's policies, but how do they implement the national policies? Harm the public and enrich the private! Ignore the party's policies! Treat the lives of ordinary people like dirt!

The above statement is completely true,

Note: Please reply here, thank you!
