The Zhongshan Campus of Guangdong Pharmaceutical University covers an area of more than 2,000 mu and has modern teaching buildings, laboratory buildings, libraries, gymnasiums and other infrastructure.

Guangdong Pharmaceutical University, one of the three major pharmaceutical universities in China, is the first institution of higher learning in South China to offer a series of pharmacy majors.

Guangzhou (University Town, Baogang and Chigang), Zhongshan and Yunfu have five campuses, covering an area of nearly 5,300 mu. The school has 19 colleges (departments), 2 research institutes (centers) and 2 directly affiliated tertiary hospitals.

After more than 60 years' efforts, it has developed into a unique medical building with "medical-oriented, medical-medical integration, medical-industrial integration and multidisciplinary coordinated development", and has successively entered the ranks of universities in Guangdong Province with "provinces and cities jointly building undergraduate universities" and "scrambling to make up for shortcomings and strengthening characteristics".

Now it offers 49 undergraduate majors, which is one of the most complete universities in China. It has 265,438+0 national and provincial first-class undergraduate majors in pharmacy, clinical medicine, pharmaceutical preparations, traditional Chinese medicine, biopharmaceuticals and clinical pharmacy, and 42 national and provincial first-class undergraduate majors in pharmaceutical analysis, traditional Chinese medicine analysis and health statistics.

Twenty provincial postgraduate demonstration courses and 2/kloc-0 provincial postgraduate joint training bases, as well as/kloc-0 national experimental teaching demonstration centers and/kloc-0 national postgraduate joint training bases, clinical medical colleges, public health colleges and Chinese medicine colleges were selected as the first batch of high-level clinical medical colleges, public health colleges and Chinese medicine colleges in Guangdong Province.
