Where are options traded?

Asset-based option transactions, such as stocks, currencies or gold, can be traded online through the Internet, while other types of option transactions can be traded through bank channels or foreign channels. At present, the mainstream stock option trading is mainly carried out through trading software or trading platform.

There are Shanghai Stock Exchange, Dalian Commodity Exchange and Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange in China, but these options transactions stipulate the types of transactions. For example, soybean meal options can only be traded on Dalian Commodity Exchange.
