Organization setup of Shuyang Software Industrial Park

The Management Committee of Shuyang Software Park consists of four deputy-level institutions, namely, the administrative department, the enterprise development department, the network service center and the property management center, which are responsible for the daily administrative affairs management of the software park.

● Be responsible for the reception and external liaison of the Software Park;

● Be responsible for the overall publicity, planning and implementation of the software park;

● Do a good job in investigating and summarizing the key work of the software park, and formulate various management systems and annual work plans;

● Assist leaders to organize and coordinate the work of various departments and provide logistical support services. Provide tax policy consultation for software enterprises and handle all kinds of tax reduction and exemption for enterprises;

● Responsible for the declaration, management and supervision of special funds for software industry development;

● Assist software enterprises in the park to apply for technology innovation fund for small and medium-sized science and technology enterprises. ● Be responsible for the registration consultation, formalities and other services for software enterprises and software service outsourcing enterprises to settle in the software park;

● Be responsible for organizing the promotion activities of software enterprises at home and abroad;

● Be responsible for statistical reporting of software parks and software industries;

● Publicize our county's investment promotion policies, collect investment promotion information, and do a good job in negotiation and contract drafting of investment promotion projects. ● Be responsible for the construction of software park network platform and service system;

● Provide comprehensive network resources and talent services for software park enterprises and investment projects;

● Provide services such as project incubation and talent training for enterprises entering the park. ● Be responsible for the management and maintenance of infrastructure, assets and facilities in the software industrial park; ● Responsible for property management, greening management and cleaning in the park;

● Be responsible for the rental and rent collection of houses, and the establishment and management of intermediary institutions.
