The physical examination work is organized by the County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau in a unified way, and it is carried out in hospitals with civil service examinations and open recruitment qualifications for public institutions. The medical examination fee shall be borne by the candidates themselves.

The physical examination shall be carried out according to the Notice of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security [20 16] 140 on Printing and Distributing Special Standards for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (for Trial Implementation) (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Fa [2010] No.82).

After the medical examination, candidates who have questions about the conclusion of the medical examination and request re-examination may submit them in writing within 7 days after receiving the conclusion of the medical examination. Re-examination can only be conducted once, and the physical examination results shall be subject to the re-examination conclusion.

Those who pass the physical examination are determined to be the objects of investigation. The competent department shall, jointly with the employing unit, investigate and understand the ideological and political performance, moral quality, professional ability and work performance of the inspected personnel, and examine the qualifications of the inspected personnel. If it is found during the inspection that it does not meet the employment conditions, its employment qualification will be cancelled, and the conclusion and basis will be clearly informed to the inspected personnel and the county human resources and social security bureau.

Those who pass the inspection are determined to be employed. The information of the personnel to be hired will be publicized in official website of Huludao Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for 7 working days. If there is no objection at the expiration of the publicity period, its subordinate unit shall handle the formalities of employment filing, recruitment and salary in time according to the regulations; The employing unit shall notify the employed personnel to report for duty within 5 days after handling the employment filing, and the employed personnel shall report for work within 30 days after receiving the notification from the employing unit.
