As a way to cultivate students' will and fighting spirit, military training is of course an indispensable thing to enter the university. Surprisingly, the instructor turned out to be a senior in Grade Two, and then I learned that every freshman has a chance to be an instructor, but the chances are not great. However, I still want to have a try. Since there is no chance to be a soldier, why not give yourself a platform to be an instructor? After all, this may be the only chance in my life.

Besides, after a military training in a university, I felt that the instructors took care of us students, just like taking care of their brothers and sisters. They have given us spiritual help in many ways, making us feel incomparable warmth when we are far away from home, and we can't help but want to bring this warm feeling to our schoolmates, hoping to give them some help with our meager strength, so that our schoolmates will not be disappointed.

At the same time, every time I see the instructor, I can calmly say a lot of reasonable words, and I am envious. Because I have always been timid, I feel a little nervous every time I speak on stage, so I also want to exercise my ability as a mentor, so that I can do things more calmly and live more happily.

Now with the development of economy, people's lives are getting better and better, and they feel that there are fewer and fewer opportunities to exercise themselves. However, I think this is only a superficial phenomenon. As long as I want to do it in my heart, I won't lack the opportunity to exercise. I am not afraid of suffering, and I will never give up easily until the last step, so that I will not regret it. I voluntarily joined the tutor team of the Institute of Materials, received training and guidance, and contributed my own strength.
