Article 6 The human resources administrative departments of the people's governments at all levels are responsible for guiding, supervising and managing the public recruitment work of public institutions within their respective administrative regions.

The relevant administrative departments of the people's governments at all levels and the competent departments of public institutions shall coordinate with each other in accordance with their respective responsibilities to carry out public recruitment work in public institutions. Chapter 2 Recruitment Plan Article 7 The public institution or its competent department shall formulate a recruitment plan and submit it to the human resources administrative department of the people's government at the same level for approval. Article 8 After the recruitment plan is approved by the human resources administrative department of the people's government at the same level, an announcement shall be made on its portal website. The public institution or its competent department may make an announcement on its portal website at the same time.

The release time of the announcement shall not be less than 10 working days from the start of registration.

The content of the announcement shall be consistent with the content of the approved recruitment plan. Article 9: The recruitment plan shall not be changed without authorization after it is announced. If the recruitment plan needs to be corrected, the public institution or its competent department shall propose the content and reasons for the correction, and submit it to the human resources administrative department of the people's government at the same level for approval before issuing a correction announcement. At the same time, the registration and examination time may be postponed. Chapter 3 Registration and Qualification Examination Article 10 Registration for open recruitment shall be organized and implemented by public institutions or their competent departments. Article 11: Open recruitment can accept applications through online registration or on-site registration, and the registration time shall not be less than 3 working days.
