Enrollment conditions

In addition to meeting the age requirements, registered children must also meet the following conditions:

(1) Holding children's resident identity card (pass or passport), birth certificate and vaccination certificate;

(2) Hold the household registration book of the children's family, and at least one of their parents (or guardians, the same below) has a household registration in Shenzhen or a residence permit in Shenzhen Special Economic Zone with the function of use. Attending public kindergartens, at least one parent has Shenzhen household registration or Shenzhen Special Economic Zone residence permit, has lived in Shenzhen for 1 year and continuously participated in social insurance (endowment insurance and medical insurance) for 1 year;

(3) Children of those who enjoy preferential education policies: martyrs, eligible active servicemen and retired servicemen, firefighters and rescuers, police heroes and disabled policemen who died in the line of duty, children of high-level talents in cities and towns, frontline medical and health workers who fight against epidemics, etc.
